Please be cautious when placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind or unforeseen delays.
Returns are accepted only for faulty merchandise. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items, including those delivered to a third party. We prioritise quality, and all our products undergo thorough quality checks before packaging and shipping, particularly fragile items.
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or, if that’s not possible, provide you with a choice of a refund or credit. We will cover the shipping costs for faulty items; however, any original delivery fee is non-refundable.
We regret that pre-paid subscriptions are not refundable. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen deliveries, especially when no signature is required.
