Enriched Pup Box is a subscription service that delivers a curated box of high-quality toys, treats, and our exclusive FUNdaMENTAL tips to enhance your dog’s mental and physical well-being.
When you sign up, you can choose a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. We also offer a once off Taster Box. Each box is tailored to your dog's size and specific needs, and you can adjust your plan if necessary.
Each box includes a selection of engaging toys, healthy treats, and exclusive activity guides. We focus on products that promote enrichment, educate and are safe for your dog.
While we curate each box based on your dog’s profile, you can provide preferences (like specific allergies or toy sizes) when signing up to help us tailor your selections.
We take allergies seriously! Please provide any relevant information during sign-up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pup’s needs.

All subscriptions renew on the 10th of each month, this is also the date payment is collected unless you have contacted us to arrange an alternative date.
Boxes ship shortly after your renewal each month. We aim to have all boxes shipped by the 20th. Shipping usually takes 5 days although at busy times such as Christmas please allow a few extra days.

Currently, we only ship within Australia.
We’ll be really sorry to see you leave, but you can cancel your auto-renewal at any time. Just log into your account, go to the subscription page, and choose the cancellation option.
If you've signed up for a multi-month subscription and still have boxes left to receive, you'll be charged for those boxes, and they'll be shipped to you. Once you've completed your original commitment, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Occasionally, this can happen since we can’t guarantee that everyone who handles our boxes will be as careful as we are.

Moving house? Exciting times! Just remember to log into your account and click on 'My Subscription' to update your shipping information.
If your address isn’t updated by your billing date, please note that your Enriched Pup Box will be sent to the address we currently have on file.
